The 210 Sunreef Power Trimaran is the avant-garde of superyacht design and the ultimate expression of engineering expertise. An ambitious 210ft three-hulled concept, it fully utilizes the space within and between the hulls to reach a living area of nearly 1000m². The vessel’s outdoor social area features an immense flybridge, a cockpit opening onto the saloon as well as terraces at the front and aft.

The power trimaran’s upper deck features an aft terrace giving access to a grand dining room, an internal navigation station, a gym space, and the captain’s cabin. The main deck stretches over 510m² of entirely customizable surface. The saloon features a main lounging space placed amidships and four relaxing scenic areas with floor to ceiling glass windows.

The optional layout comprises six guest cabins, all fitted with large double beds, each facing retractable private balconies. The primary tender for up to 12 is stowed in the foredeck along with the crew dinghy. Placed forward is the stately master suite with panoramic widows, twin dressing rooms, an office and access to a private front terrace.

The lower level of the 210 Sunreef Power Trimaran is entirely devoted to the crew. Accessed through the water toys garage storing two jets skis and sea bobs, the central hull houses a fully equipped galley, dining and sleeping quarters, a laundry and large storage areas. All three levels of the trimaran are connected via an elevator and a spiral staircase.

Last year, Sunreef Yachts unveiled the design concept for its latest custom megayacht, the 210 Power Trimaran . The company’s first model with three hulls, the vessel is more stable at its cruising speed (20 knots) and maximum speed (30 knots), and features more than 10,200 square feet of living space. Foldable private balconies are accessible from the main deck’s six guest cabins, which are fitted with queen-size beds and private bathrooms. The 210 Sunreef Power Trimaran represents the forefront of megayacht design and the ultimate expression of engineering expertise. An ambitious concept with three hulls measuring 210 feet (ca. 64 m), it maximizes the space within and between the hulls to achieve a living area of nearly 1,000 square meters.

The yacht’s upper deck features an aft terrace providing access to a large dining area, an internal navigation station, a gym space, and the captain’s cabin.

The main deck spans 510 square meters of fully customizable space. The optional layout includes six guest cabins, all equipped with large double beds and retractable private balconies. Forward, you’ll find the majestic master suite with panoramic windows, two walk-in closets, an office, and access to a private front terrace. The lounge boasts a central main seating area and four relaxing panoramic zones with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The lower level is entirely dedicated to the crew and is accessed through the water toy garage, where two jet skis and sea bobs are stored. The central hull houses a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, crew bedrooms, a laundry room, and ample storage areas. The three levels of the megayacht are connected by an elevator and a spiral staircase.

The outdoor social area features an immense flybridge, an aft cockpit connected to the salon, and fore and aft terraces. The primary tender, capable of carrying 12 passengers, is stowed on the foredeck along with the crew’s tender.

Sunreef Yachts Introduces Its Very First Concept Luxury Trimaran – the TRIMARAN 210

In 2013 Sunreef Yachts in-house design office took another step forward in luxury multihull design with the completion of a superb concept for a 210ft mega power trimaran. The project has been prepared upon the request of a potential client who was looking for an extraordinary multihull and appreciates Sunreef’s strong position as a world leader in custom catamaran-yachts and superyachts design and construction.

With the length of 210 feet and interior space used to the fullest within all three hulls, we have reached a remarkable living space equaling 950m2, which makes the TRIMARAN 210 the biggest yacht of this type on the market. Operated by 12 crew members, the yacht will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in comfort and privacy.

The top deck comprises a 125m2 dining area for 14, the captain’s private cabin, internal helm station and a guest day head. There is also a private king terrace on the aft intended for relaxation after a long day in the sun. This deck can be accessed via a lift connecting all floors on the yacht.

The main deck was arranged in a way to maximize available space without losing roominess. The 220m2 saloon can be arranged in many different ways, taking into consideration the privacy of the guests staying on board. There are four separate areas from which guests can admire unforgettable views through the window wall without being disturbed. It has also 6 spacious guest cabins with queen beds which are positioned transversely to the axis of the boat. They are located in front of foldable private balconies which enhance the luminosity of the cabins and allow guests to admire sunrises and sunsets from their cabins. Each one of them possesses a private bathroom and extended storage.

The master suite in the front is every owner’s dream. There are two separate walk-in wardrobes, his and hers toilets, two study areas and an outstanding panoramic view. This cabin gives private access to the 30m2 front terrace which provides an intimate relaxed area for the owners.

The lower deck is dedicated to the crew. From the exterior it can be accessed from the aft through the garage for the water toys including sea bobs and two jet skis. This deck also includes a fully equipped galley, crew mess and crew cabins spread all the way to the front of the hull were the utility room is placed.

The main tender for up to 12 guests and the crew dinghy is placed in the forepeak section.

Apart from a smart and comfortable interior space the TRIMARAN 210 is a true exterior design masterpiece. Her sleek flawless lines incorporating streamlined window walls prove again that Sunreef is the world’s leader in its niche sector.

Sunreef unveils its new Trimaran 210 luxury superyacht concept

Although Sunreef began with modest-sized sailing catamaran yachts, its story these days is big, bigger, biggest. It has announced a new order for its Sunreef 90 Power this summer, and recently unveiled the Ultimate 165 sailing catamaran .

Nudged by CEO Francis Lapp, the team is stretching the envelope even further with a 210-foot aluminium trimaran on the drawing board described as ' Adastra on steroids,' with more than 10,400-square feet of living space sheltered within its 75-foot beam. The plan puts the engine room, galley, crew, mess and laundry in the lower center hull.

On deck level, a master suite of staggering proportions is forward with access to its own deck on the bow atop the tender garage. Six cabins radiate out from the centerline main salon—three on each side—with their beds facing opening balconies and full-height windows. The staterooms are literally atop the wings connecting the center hull to the outriggers. The top deck features a large bridge, ship’s office and captains cabin, formal dining for 14 under a sliding roof and an aft deck lounge. The main tender for up to 12 guests and the crew dinghy will be set on the forepeak section. The Trimaran 210 will have accommodations for 18 crew.

Constructed in advanced composites, the Sunreef Trimaran 210 will be powered by four MTU 12V 2000 M84 engines at 1,635hp each, propelling her to a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots with a predicted range of 5,000 nautical miles.

This vessel is truly impressive from every angle. Its imposing overall dimensions: 197 feet long and 77 feet wide, offer a total area of more than 10,000 square feet, which make it the largest concept super yacht in the market.

The upper deck of the monumental vessel boasts 1,345 square feet of surface, featuring a stately dining room with seating for 14 guests. It also has an internal control station, private cabin for the captain and a terrace for relaxation. This floor can be accessed from an elevator that connects the different levels of the trimaran.

The main deck has 2,368 square feet of luxury with the possibility of modifying the interior in different ways to offer comfort and privacy to its occupants. As if this were not enough, the great room features four spectacular scenic areas, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views through glass walls that protect the guests from wind and water.

There are six guest cabins on the middle deck, all with queen size beds, located in front of retractable private balconies. And as it could not be otherwise; each guest room has a private bath and spacious built-in closets.

For the owner of this floating mansion, the luxuries are even more impressive. The master stateroom has twin dressing rooms, his and hers bathrooms and two desk areas, all with breathtaking panoramic vistas and private access to a 322 square-foot terrace reserved for the ship’s proprietor.

Finally, the lower level is entirely the realm of the crew, with access through the water toys garage, which houses two hand guided impellers Bag (Sea bob) and two jet skis. This deck features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sleeping quarters for the staff, as well as other amenities.

Four 12-valve engines propel the huge ship, each generating an output of 1,635 horsepower for powerful and fast navigation if desired. Undoubtedly, this colossus of the seas demonstrates how design, engineering and good taste can deliver extraordinary navigational gems. This elegant floating palace will enhance the seas and adorn the ports where it anchors.   ■

Over the years Sunreef Yachts has completely redefined the global market for catamarans, launching more than 140 of the biggest, most powerful and most luxurious models the world has ever seen.

More About Sunreef Yachts

The Sunreef Yachts story began on the tropical waters of the Indian Ocean, where in the 1990s French entrepreneur and avid thrill-seeker Francis Lapp began to competitively race sailing catamarans. Lapp was so taken with his new hobby that he bought his own cruising catamaran for personal use, and established a business venture based out of Madagascar chartering multi-hull yachts for adventurous clients. It was not long before Lapp had spotted an unfulfilled niche in the market for large, luxury catamarans to rival any big brand superyacht. It was also around this time that Lapp was taking part in off-road rallies in Poland, a country that he had come to love. So Lapp combined his two passions and established the first Sunreef facility at the Gdansk Shipyard, a naval factory that rocketed to world fame in the 1980s when its workers took on, and defeated, the might of the Soviet Union.

The first catamaran produced by the yard in 2003 was a 74-foot model that was the world’s first luxury catamaran to include a flybridge. This was followed in 2008 by the debut of the world’s first double deck catamaran with a truly oceanic range, the 70 Sunreef Power Jambo, which was acquired by renowned Swiss sailor Laurent Bourgnon. By 2013 Sunreef was busy enough fulfilling orders from around the world to employ over 350 skilled professionals and artisans at its Gdansk facility, and in the same year Francis Lapp was awarded the title of “Entrepreneur of the Year” at the World Yacht Trophies in Cannes.

Since then Sunreef have continued to grow and continued to establish new standards in the luxury multi-hull market. Ground-breaking releases by this innovative firm include the first 70-foot catamaran powered by Volvo IPS engines, the first catamaran superyacht with a folding mast, the first carbon super-catamaran, the world’s biggest sloop-rigged catamaran and more. Another Sunreef yacht selling point is that, while catamarans may sacrifice below-deck space for their multi-hull design, they can also offer the sort of expansive beam width on upper-decks that would usually only be the preserve of the largest megayachts on the planet. This opens up the possibility for incredibly large, open-plan salons, staterooms and sundecks aboard Sunreef models. It is no wonder then that some of the world’s most celebrated luminaries have rushed to associate with Sunreef. In 2019 the company delivered an 80 Sunreef Power yacht to Tennis champion Rafael Nadal, while in 2020 Formula 1 legend Nico Rosberg became the firm’s global eco-ambassador.

The link with Rosberg heralds a new chapter in the Sunreef story, with the firm making a commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly industrial processes. The firm will soon be launching their Sunreef 80 Power Eco, a vessel that utilises electric power propulsion, patent-pending solar panel generation, minimal CO2 emissions, wind turbines and green composite structures. The boat, like all others, will be built at a new eco-friendly shipyard in Gdansk that sets the highest possible standards in environmentally-friendly manufacturing. To cap off an incredible two decades of success for Lapp and his team, Sunreef was awarded the prize for “Best Shipyard of the Year” at the 2020 Cannes World Yacht Trophies.

SUNREEF MODELS

80 Sunreef Power

One of Sunreef’s most popular yachts, the 80 Power is a 78-foot motor-catamaran with a wide maximum beam of almost 40 feet. This yacht truly takes advantage of its immense deck space, with a spacious open-plan salon lounge leading to full-beam bow deck, beach-club aft deck and one of the largest rear swimming platforms you will ever see. The unrivalled sense of space aboard this yacht also allows owners to customise layouts, with the option of an on-deck master stateroom with panoramic views. The vessel is topped with a wide fly-bridge open to the elements which is big enough to host a spa pool, wet bar and state-of-the-art helm station. The twin-hulls on this model are also wide enough to offer plenty of below-deck sleeping space, with four VIP staterooms and crew quarters delivering a total occupancy for up to 12. The catamaran is styled in a modern, luxurious manner, with a sleek, metallic exterior and living spaces boasting teak flooring, ambiance lighting, floor to ceiling windows and plush furnishings. This model is powered by dual MAN V9-1200HP engines for top speeds of 24 knots and a cruising range of 3,500 miles at lower speeds.

210 Sunreef Power Trimaran

Sunreef’s first triple-hulled yacht is a new concept design that is sure to make waves. Over 10,000 square feet of living space wrapped in a futuristic, advanced-composite superstructure make this one of the most impressive and intriguing megayachts ever imagined. Main-deck makes the most of the unique trimaran hull structure to provide a full-beam, angular salon and entertaining space with a width of 77 feet. There is the option for up to seven master staterooms aboard this ultra-modern yacht, each large enough to accommodate queen-sized beds. The upper deck space is one of the most dramatic ever envisaged, with ergonomic, curved curtain-wall windows enclosing a raised living room and helm station with 360-degree views. This powerful vessel will make use of four 1635 horsepower engines to cut through the waters with unrivalled speed and stability.

Francis Lapp has never lost his passion for the art of ocean sailing, and this is precisely why Sunreef still produce a range of luxurious sailing catamarans for clients who prefer to ride with the winds. The Sunreef 60 includes all of the luxury, comfort and style of Sunreef’s motor catamarans but with the addition of sturdy Mainsail, Gennaker and Genoa sails to flybridge and bow. Fully unfurled and with a favourable current this sailing vessel can reach top speeds of 12 knots. Hit the doldrums? Then worry not, as this yacht is also fitted with dual HP 110 engines for quick and smooth cruising whatever the weather. Interior spaces aboard this catamaran are finished in alabaster marble, washed teak and pearl beige oak for tones that harken back to the golden age of sailing, but expressed through the clean and modern lines of contemporary yachting.

Sunreef 100 Power-Eco

Sunreef’s greatest achievement yet is a combination of luxury and performance that establishes a new global standard for the construction of environmentally-sound superyachts. This remarkable catamaran’s exterior shimmers with what looks like, from a distance, the silver scales of an Atlantic salmon. Yet on closer inspection one can see that these are Sunreef’s proprietary photovoltaic integrated solar panels. The panels produce around 40Kw per hour at peak performance, while extra energy can be produced with the optional installation of wind turbines on the flybridge. The yacht also utilises hydro generation produced from propeller rotation to maximise energy efficiency, and is crafted from sustainable and eco-friendly materials wherever possible, including all non-toxic paints and composite basalt. With just as much space and stylish comfort as any other Sunreef yacht, and world-leading green design, not even the most hardened eco-activist could resist this catamaran.
