She was delivered by the renowned boatbuilder . in 2019. A well-done refit was finalized in 2022. The expansive yacht layout features 18 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 36 guests.

Bella is classified as a superyacht. The roomy aft deck is right next to the meticulously composed main saloon. Kid's Playground Not just adults, the kids can also have a blast aboard Bella. The kids' playroom is stacked with toys, a ball pit, and a climbing wall. If the the young ones do not want (understandably), to leave this adventurous room, they can spend the night there. Three single beds and an ensuite bathroom ensure a well-rested night. Relax and Enjoy the Outdoors in Style The spacious teak sundeck features a jacuzzi where the guests are able to relax while enjoying the passing scenery. Padded sunchairs and a shaded seating area are ideal for lounging with a glass of wine or a refreshing beverage. For the more active guests, there is also an outdoor gym and a full range of exciting water toys. Get Pampered and Fit In the brand new beauty salon, the guests can get their hair done, as well as a mani and pedicure, so they look their best for the evening. To guarantee the luxury level, there is also a hammam – a Turkish spa, and a fish spa. There is also a fully equipped gym with an area for yoga and pilates, in case the guests want to stay fit during their voyage at sea.

Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). After her recent refit, yacht Bella is able to accommodate up to 20 guests in her mesmerizing 10 suites. The new features include a gentlemen's bar, a beauty salon, a kids' playroom, a cinema room, an outdoor gym, and top-of-the-line water toys.

Bella's interior is something you don't see on many yachts. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the salon bright and breezy. Marble floors, large dining tables with padded chairs, and a fully stocked bar ensure entertainment in full class. The gentlemen's bar includes a large selection of the best whiskeys and cigars in the world.

Relax and Enjoy the Outdoors in Style

The spacious teak sundeck features a jacuzzi where the guests are able to relax while enjoying the passing scenery. Padded sunchairs and a shaded seating area are ideal for lounging with a glass of wine or a refreshing beverage. For the more active guests, there is a full range of exciting water toys.

Not only adults, kids will also have a blast aboard Yacht Bella! The kids' playroom is brimming with toys, featuring a slide into a ball pool, a thrilling climbing wall, and a wall to write and draw on freely.

In the brand new beauty salon, the guests can get their hair done, as well as a mani and pedicure, so they look their best for the evening. A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

30% of the charter price:  To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment;  additional fuel for cruising (above 4 h per day) , food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.

• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 10% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

Extra payments:

• A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance), 30% of the charter price:  To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.

Accommodation & Deck Areas

Bella offers a range of versatile accommodation options, catering to diverse groups with its array of cabins, layouts, and amenities. Notably, it boasts three master cabins, which is truly unique, distinguished by their spaciousness, luxurious design, and sophisticated smart home

installations. These master cabins also feature en- suite bathrooms, with the added indulgence of in- cabin bathtubs. Additionally, the yacht provides

Meet our chef, Stjepan; he is 25 years old. He is a cook with a lot of experience in preparing different types of food (fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan). He has really good knowledge of preparing warm and cold appetizers (carpaccio, tartars, marinades, salads) and of course cakes and desserts. He is very dedicated to his work and open to new experiences. Stjepan is cheerful, communicative, and collegial. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter price: paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel for motorized water sports, mooring fees, anchoring, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.

Note: APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer with the last payment to a shipping agent’s account. If APA is to be paid as a wire transfer, commission of 2% for the shipping agent will be deducted from the APA.

Welcome aboard the beauty of the Adriatic Sea ‘BELLA’. This yacht boasts a unique and modern design, complete with high-end technology, giving you the feeling of being a celebrity in a five-star hotel. It is set to be fully renovated and available in 2023/2024, with nothing but the best included. The spacious lounge and decks make it perfect for large groups seeking a luxurious and fun experience.

Each cabin comes with an ensuite bathroom and spacious closet, designed with materials hand-picked by the interior designer to offer the ultimate luxury and comfort of a top-tier hotel. Wi-Fi is available throughout the yacht, allowing you to stay connected while on board. Additionally, you can find the magical voice of Alexa in every cabin. Our staff is always available to assist and answer your questions.

On the left side of the yacht, guests can access a playroom, movie room, PlayStation, pool with children's toys, hairdressing services, and a manicure and pedicure salon. The playroom includes additional beds for children's sleeping needs, while the gym features Pilates, calisthenics, and yoga facilities. On the starboard side of the deck, guests can indulge in an exclusive experience at the whiskey, wine, and cigar bar with noise isolation. The bar features an extensive collection of whiskey, wine, cigars, and premium whole legs of prosciutto.

After a delicious dinner, you can continue your evening in the hot tub on the deck, or relax in the hammam – a Turkish steam bath. Start your morning with a delicious smoothie or fresh fruit, take a yoga class or take a dip in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. For all the adventure types, there are jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, and the water polo ball which you can use at any time.

Besides the beautiful turquoise water, Croatia offers many hidden gems on land too. Our experienced crew can create a personalized route where you can explore the old towns along the coast, and/or book a whole bar/lounge for your group of friends so you can experience Croatia on a whole new level.

The beautiful Bella yacht offers fantastic sailing itineraries around Croatia. Explore the Dalmatian Coastline in comfort and luxury aboard the Bella yacht. There is the choice of 4 cabin classes available, ranging from lower-deck up to the sundeck. Each cabin features an en-suite bathroom with warm water shower, individually controlled AC, LCD TV, ample storage space, charging ports and reading lights. Akin to a floating boutique hotel, the Bella offers all modern comforts for your home-away-from-home.

Located on the top deck are comfortable loungers, a hot tub and even a small plunge pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the late afternoon sun. The middle deck has several outdoor terraces which create the perfect place to read a book, chat to fellow ship-mates or enjoy a coffee while taking in the surroundings. The dining room has large panoramic windows and plenty of tables for guests to enjoy the daily buffet breakfast and 4-course lunches, and the Captains Dinner.

Itineraries aboard the M/S Bella offer the choice of 4, 5 or 8-days from Split or Dubrovnic. The shorter routes are perfect for those who are short on time, but still want to experience the beauty of Croatia. The longer 7-night itineraries are ideal for spending a blissful week soaking up the sun and culture of the Croatian islands and coast. Whichever cruise you choose, it will be filled with swimming stops in pristine bays, exploring the local towns and experiencing the gastronomic delights on offer.

About this gulet

Bella has 47.90 meters in length and more than 8 meters in width. She can accommodate up to 21 guests in 10 cabins. It features a jacuzzi on Sundeck. On board there are a Jet ski and SeaBob.

Prices (quoted weekly, Saturday to Saturday) – base vessel charter

• Personal Cruise Assistant  will find a perfect gulet for you and help you select appropriate itinerary
• Concierge Assistant  will  plan all details regarding your cruise 1 month before the start of your cruise (food, drinks, transfers, detailed itinerary, excursions, celebrations, allergies…)
• Local Representative  is there for you 24/7 during the entire cruise in case you need any additional support (restaurant reservations, excursions, communication with the crew – phone support).

Charter price  includes  yacht rental, crew, fuel  for cruising, and VAT .

A.P.A. – 30% of the charter price:  To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment;  additional fuel for cruising (above 4 h per day) , food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.

How is food organized?

Before your departure, You will receive a list of food served on board so you can specify all extra needs you might have or remove any items you do not like. Your cruise assistant will forward all of the group’s wishes, info about allergies, likes, and dislikes to the chef on board.

How are beverages organized?

Before your departure, Your cruise assistant will arrange that all of your favourite drinks are waiting for you in yacht’s bar. If you decide to buy drinks from yacht’s bar, you will give a list of drinks you would like to have on board, the crew will get them and sell according to yacht’s bar price list. All Inclusive drinks package includes local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you pay corkage fee, you will give us the list of drinks you wish to have in yacht’s bar and we will supply the drinks – you will only cover the supermarket bill.

Motor yacht Bella boasts a wealth of convivial spaces, perfect for luxury yacht charters with families of friends, offering ample opportunities to kick back and relax, or enjoy the water on the yacht's array of water toys, the choice is yours.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2008, Bella offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising a master suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. There are 6 beds in total, including 2 king, 2 queen, 2 singles and 2 convertible. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained such as the pool, useful to practice your technique or just cool off. A gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out or retreat to the deck jacuzzi and soak up the scenery.

Bella benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter such as Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 40,000 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. Bella features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

Onboard Bella has a large selection of toys and accessories to keep you and your guests entertained on the water throughout your stay. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Bella also features a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, scuba diving equipment and paddleboards. Bella also sports a 7.32m/24' Tender to transport you with ease.

Bella and her crew are available for charter this summer for cruising within the Mediterranean. She is already accepting bookings this winter for cruising in the Caribbean.
