Governance & Membership	Harbour Ridge is a private member-owned equity Yacht & Country Club. Members come from some of the finest clubs throughout America including: Winged Foot Country Club, Baltusrol Golf Club, Merion Country Club, Inverness Club, Oakland Hills, Congressional Country Club, Stanwich Country Club, Eqwanok, Burning Tree Country Club, Bald Head Island to name just a few.
Clubhouse	45,000 SF Clubhouse offers dining 5 nights a week, lunch 7 days per week and Sunday Breakfast Brunch in season. 3 dining locations, including outdoor dining.

Three protected deep water marina pods with 98 slips for yachts and boats of all sizes. Harbour Ridge is a member of the prestigious Florida Council of Yacht Clubs with reciprocal privileges.

Community Pool	The new community pool is heated for the winter months, and a snack bar is located at the pool. Water aerobics training plus lap swimming is available for members and their guests.
Dog Park	The premier dog park is available to every owner. Harbour Ridge does not have a size or limit restriction for dogs.
Turnkey Living	All Lawn Maintenance is provided, (custom home villages excluded) Harbour Ridge has it own Security Department & manned Guard Gate.
