Salt Inhalation Room
The salt steam helps induce deep and calm sleep, it clears dreams, banishes fear, rage, anger and homesickness.
It supports curing of impurities associated with eczema, headache, cramps and addition of every type. The combination of steam and salt is the ideal remedy for respiratory disorders, a blessing for lungs and health fountain for bronchial tubes – ideal for regeneration for the whole breathing area. Great before treatments, helps one to relax more.
How to get the best results You should stay in the healing environment of the salt room for 20-30 minutes. The hose is to apply cold water to the body from the feet upwards. The temperature is 45ºC. After this steamy experience we recommend a refreshing shower and 20-30 minutes rest.
Aroma Steam Room
The body heats up gently as you start to perspire. The automatically injected jet of steam stimulates the blood circulation and starts a purifying and detoxifying process. Clears the mind and relaxes the body.
How to get the best results The ideal time in the aroma steam is 15-20 minutes. The temperature is 45ºC. After this steamy experience we recommend a refreshing shower and 20-30 minutes rest.
Saunas and steam baths are similar in effect; the decision to take one rather than the other will be guided by personal preference. In a sauna the heat acts more quickly to eliminate toxins through the skin, though some consider the moist air of a steam bath to have a more satisfying effect on the respiratory system.
Saunas are deeply relaxing and are a great way to melt away stress, stimulate blood flow and increase the heart rate. They have an immune-modulating effect, promoting hormone production, encouraging mucosal secretions in the respiratory system, opening the airways, reducing resistance to respiration and regulating the vegetative system, whilst also often improving one’s mental outlook.
How to get the best result Do not spend more than 15 to 20 minutes at a time in a sauna. Cool down frequently with a cold shower and drink plenty of water.
Experience Shower
Combine the heat treatments with this unique shower experience, using the following options:
Caribbean Rain – warm rain to refresh after heat treatments. Stimulates and tones the body Fresh – enjoy the tingling sensation of a cool, invigorating peppermint mist. Refreshing and revitalizing Atlantic Ocean – a classic shower, from hot to cold to refresh and stimulate

Warm air and warm water in the reflexology basin regulate the circulation and stimulate the immune system. The physical relaxation also has a very positive influence on the state of mind.
