This “Multihull of the Year” award-winning Bali 5.4 catamaran sets the stage for an amazing getaway. Big Nauti is a brand new 2021 catamaran with numerous panoramic lounge areas positioned throughout the yacht. She showcases a solid foredeck that boasts a large relaxing lounge area and additional day beds for sunbathing. Enjoy the large, relaxing and comfortable space afforded by the covered flybridge with panoramic views of your beautiful surroundings. Through a full-sized door located on the foredeck there is direct easy access to an impressive walk-through salon that features a large retractable “garage door” creating an impressive open-concept feel to this large living area. With this aft door raised, guests can move freely about the boat with no climbing or squeezing through narrow passages. The aft of the vessel affords a long sumptuous bench seating that completes this space with room to lounge or get ready for water-based activities. It’s an open-space apartment afloat with exceptional ventilation for tropical breezes and is quickly becoming one of the most popular new interior boat designs. The boat is fully equipped with snorkeling and an abundance of water toys. For guests interested in scuba diving, she offers a premium off-the-boat diving experience and is equipped with scuba diving gear. The chef is a Divemaster and can lead guests on their dives and share her passion for diving with them. MEET YOUR CREW: Captain: Per Pertoft Chef: Ashley Van Rosmalen From a young age, Per developed a deep passion for the ocean, spending vacations by the Swedish coastline where he learned to sail and race dinghies. He expanded his love for watersports to include kitesurfing and surfing. Over the past 15 years, he has owned and sailed a sailboat around southern Sweden, continuously honing his skills and deepening his connection to the sea. After earning degrees in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as Economics, Per transformed his oceanic passion into a career. He began as a kitesurfing instructor before moving into the maritime charter and delivery industry, amassing valuable experience. His career spans various roles within yacht sailing, from competitive sailing in his youth to managing private and flotilla charters. He has worked on flotilla charters with more than 80 vessels, handling guest management, overseeing skippers, providing flotilla instructions, planning routes, and stepping into leadership roles as a lead skipper. In addition to his maritime pursuits, Per is a professional kite instructor with extensive experience as a Kitesurf and Wing foil instructor. His hospitality experience includes bartending, where he refined his mixology skills. Per is fluent in Swedish, German, and English, with proficiency in French and Spanish. At 29 years old, he brings a wealth of experience and a strong background as a yacht captain, eager to contribute to exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Born and raised in Australia, Ashley brings a wealth of cheffing experience and passion to the team. As most Australians are, she thrives being on the ocean and feels right at home on a yacht. Despite a background working for Mazda in finance and business management, Ashley discovered her true calling, during a yacht charter in Greece. She transitioned from being a finance broker to the yachting world, working alongside Per in Greece and Croatia, and has never looked back. Ashley has earned a perfect guest rating over the past few years, a testament to her dedication to providing outstanding service and unforgettable culinary experiences. Her expertise extends beyond the kitchen; she is an avid scuba diver, snorkeler, and kite surfer. Holding certifications as a PADI Divemaster she completed in Utila, Honduras. She is excited to share her passion for underwater adventures with guests in the British Virgin Islands. Traveling extensively throughout Europe, Australia, and Asia has given Ashley a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the ability to adapt to various environments. This global perspective enhances her ability to cater to the unique preferences of each guest. This trip exceeded our expectations! Your professional expertise and care shone throughout our week with you. We had the chance as a group to do some great snorkeling, tubing and swimming. Your cocktail mixing was much appreciated - special props - Heiko´s painkiller was better than Soggy Dollar´s. I especially appreciated the Pina Colada. Rebecca´s cuisine was varied and delicious. We decided to eat onboard every night after one dinner off the boat. The poke was delish. We enjoyed the sailing and the chance for our family to be together in such a beautiful place.

Broker´s Guest Review

BIG NAUTI is by far the best boat we have been on and this was our 6th catamaran trip to the BVI. We loved the front lounging area without the trampoline, just perfect. The Skydeck was amazing and comfortable. We absolutely loved the boat! Rooms were larger and beds comfortable. Seemed very spacious, we do want to do this again. Everything was in working order, the condition of Big Nauti was wonderful. . The crew prides themselves in keeping the boat clean throughout the week. They cleaned the bedrooms daily, my wife loved this just nothing to do.. Where did you find Walmar and Tamika, both are Excellent. This crew are superb. The service that Tamika and Walmar provided was first class all the way. They were always willing to help and treated us well. Good cocktails were a wow morning noon and night.. Walmar and Tamika were interactive but not overbearing. Walmar and Tamika are highly competent and we felt safe and well taken care of. It was a windy week and Walmar found us coves that were protected, we always had fun and a good nights sleep. Best meals we have had! Great presentation and taste. Tamika worked hard to provide 3 excellent meals/day. It was like a 5 star restaurant. Walmar and Tamika’s meals and service Exceeded our expectations. Very creative and delicious. Our entire group would love to charter with BIG NAUTI ONCE AGAIN SOOOOON.

Magical experience!

Thank you for the amazing adventure. I am not fond of boating or sailing but this experience has been like no other. Hopping from island to island was such a fun way to spend my Christmas break. The happiest memory we all shared was seeing Big Nauti pull onto the dock in St. John. It only got better as the days unfolded. Best Weeks Of My Life!

One of the best weeks of my life! Captain Dillon and Amanda are gems and made it all possible. Snorkeling, swimming, sunsets, sailing, wakeboarding, cocktail hour - I will remember it all. Dillon, thanks for taking us all over the islands and letting me sail. Amanda, every meal was a pagent - you are a supremely gifted chef - haven´t eaten that well in years. A Beautiful Yacht and Fantastic Crew!

What a beautiful cruise in a beautiful yacht and FANTASTIC crew. Amanda and dillon were the perfect crew - helpful and offered history of the USVI´s and great at finding the best moorings in St. John to allow us the escape to Paradise. Great meals that were thoughtfully and nuturingly planned - great surprise with a lobster dinner, ceviche and horderves that could have been dinner! Dillon´s capable sailing and guide to the Best of the Best in the USVI´s

Expectations were exceeded!

The yacht was brand new and in great shape. The rooms had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the A/C was very effective. Byron, Michelle and Scott were very pleasant and spent significant time with us after hours as well as going snorkeling and attending several meals off boat. They kept our drinks full at all times. We had a very good time. Byron was very familiar with all the best overnight spots and kept us in calm ports – which was not easy with three days of 20+ knot winds. Additionally, the crew accommodated us by picking us up in St. Johns which saved us time and money. Michelle is a true chef – the meals were excellent and filling. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great. She even went above and beyond by making me a delicious 50th birthday cake. Our expectations were exceeded with the quality of the boat and the crew .
