Now after 18 years working shore based as a Charter Broker, Yacht and Crew Agent her wealth and variety of experience provides her with a huge arsenal of knowledge to draw from when assisting in your Crew Selection and Placement. You can always rely on her passion, professionalism and discretion and above all a personal and dedicated service.  Her knowledge of the yachting industry as crew, charter broker and crew agent provides a unique insight allowing her to truly match the right candidate to your exact requirements.

A  Superyacht Captain  should have a profound knowledge of superyacht management and safety. He/she also should be an expert in navigation in various cruising areas. This work requires many years of experience on board of superyachts, excellent references and top-notch crew management. It is essential that all permits/licences and certificates be up-to-date and that the latest technologies be mastered by him/her. At least ten years of experience as  Yacht Captain  are required for this position.
