Luxury motor yacht D’Natalin IV was handed over to her owner in Gig Harbor, Washington, on May 27, 2014.  After intensive sea trials in the Pacific Northwest, the latest Christensen 160’ Custom Series was christened D’NATALIN IV by her owners in a ceremony at Gig Harbor Yacht Club. With a distinctive dark blue hull, and exterior styling from the boards of Christensen’s in-house naval architecture team, she is at once modern and classic, featuring a masculine reverse-shear bow seamlessly tied to more classic elements through the mid and stern sections. Both hull and superstructure are of composite construction using the shipyard’s proprietary vacuum infusion techniques. The strength and grace of luxury yacht D’Natalin IV which define her exterior styling are expanded upon in the interior where Carol Williamson and the owners created a transitional interior design combining traditional raised-panel mill work with furniture and fabrics that are more contemporary. The result is a timeless and elegant design which will never go out of fashion. The majestic and glamorous D’Natalin IV was built with the exceptional attention to detail and focus on in-house craftsmanship that has become synonomous with the Christensen name. “We are so happy to have D’Natalin IV be the first Christensen Shipyard Custom Series Yacht delivered since the 2011 launch of Remember When . Delta Marine motor yacht D’Natalin soldThe 46 metre motor yacht D’Natalin has been sold in an in-house deal at IYC with Steve Kidd acting for the seller. Built by US superyacht yard Delta Marine in composite, D'Natalin was launched in 1996. She was refitted in 2003 and has been continuously maintained and upgraded to keep her in top condition. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins, including a main-deck master suite. Two VIP suites offer king size beds, and the fifth cabin has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath tub. She is ideal for entertaining on long cruises; her main saloon has comfortable seating, an entertainment centre, a four-person games table and a wet bar is set to starboard. She is also stocked for fun on the water, with her toy storage hosting two tenders and two SeaDoos, easily boarded from her ample swim platform.
