WHEELS yacht is a 75.5-meter yacht capable of welcoming up to 12 guests using six cabins and fitting up to 20 qualified crew members.

She was built and completed in 2008 by Oceanco and was designed by Sam Sorgiovanni. She weighs 1,992 gross tons, cruises at 15 knots, and can go up to a maximum speed of 18 knots.

Designing the WHEELS yacht is Sorgiovanni Design Studios, a design studio founded by Sam Sorgiovanni .

His studio design was founded back in 1997, and he has tons of experience in the yacht interior design industry.

He is known for his keen attention to detail and constant demands for excellence in every yacht project.

He has worked on several yacht projects, such as the SECRET yacht, which is an 82.48-meter yacht that is capable of accommodating 12 guests in her seven cabins, along with 23 qualified crew members.

She weighs 2,240 gross tons and can cruise at speeds of 14 knots, and can go up to a top speed of 16 knots.

They were also involved in designing the NOMAD yacht, a 69.49-meter yacht that weighs    1,260 gross tons and can cruise at 15 knots and go to a maximum speed of 16 knots.

Aboard the WHEELS yacht, guests can have full access to tons of amenities such as her outdoor cinema, a jacuzzi, a gym, exercise equipment, a swimming pool, a dance floor, a swimming platform, a movie theater, a tender garage, and a BBQ station.

She also has complete air conditioning, has SatCom, video-on-demand, and wifi access.

She also has tons of toys to play with, such as seabobs, wave runners, flyboards, kayaks, paddleboards, waterskis, kneeboards, scuba diving equipment, inflatable water toys, a sailboat, a water slide, a banana, kite surfers, many others.

Hosting guests are also not a problem as she has six cabins with specifications of 1 Master, 2 VIPs, and 3 Doubles. Adding to this, she can also welcome 21 qualified crew members.

Specifications

She has an overall length of 247.8 feet or 75.5 meters, a beam of 44.3 feet or 13.5 meters, and a draft of 13 feet or 3.95 meters. She has a teak deck, a steel hull, and an aluminum superstructure.

She weighs approximately 1,992 gross tons and is powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel-type engines capable of outputting 7396 hp, allowing her to cruise at speeds of 15 knots and go up to a top speed of 18 knots.

She can also carry 160,000 liters worth of fuel, enabling her to cover over 4,400 nautical miles.

WHEELS yacht charter

She is currently available for charter for both the summer and winter seasons. She costs $845,000 per week in summer’s high and low seasons, and cruises in the Mediterranean with hot spots Mykonos and Santorini.

She costs  $840,000 in the low season of the winter and $850,000 in the high season with hot spots on the Virgin Islands.

WHEELS Yacht for Charter

WHEELS is the 247.8-foot (75.5m) Oceanco mega yacht that formerly went under the name of Anastasia. Built in 2008, her naval architecture was provided by Azure Naval Architects and her interior design was inspired by Sam Sorgiovanni Designs. She is the perfect yacht for family charters or groups of friends. She focuses on the Caribbean in the winter months and the West Mediterranean in the summer, although the East Mediterranean is also a possibility. WHEELS is also available for event charters (for which she can welcome 80 people for quayside occasions), night cruising and overnight anchoring on special request. 

In 2019 she was treated to a refit that built on all her previous updates. Just some of the most recent improvements include new climate-control, upgrades to the audio-systems and an additional Jacuzzi on the upper deck. She also now has an extra external bar and seating area on the sundeck and a new Hobie Cat sailing catamaran for guests to use. This is in addition to her highly impressive complement of water toys and equipment. Kayaks, standup paddleboards, kiteboarding equipment, scuba diving gear, WaveRunners and SeaBobs are available. There are also two tenders and a MasterCraft ski boat which is perfect for towing those on skis or boards. The crew are on hand to offer instruction if needed. The yacht’s full gymnasium and disco lounge are also popular with guests. 

Guests sleep in six inviting staterooms. There is a king-sized master stateroom on the upper deck and two VIP staterooms on the main deck, both with queen-sized beds. Also on the main deck are a further three double rooms. Guests can expect the finest style and luxury throughout, with cutting-edge entertainment systems, elegant décor and first-class service from a crew of 21 experts. Thanks to their excellent work, WHEELS won a special mention for best total package of food and service at the MYBA 2019 Superyacht Chefs’ Competition. The yacht is officially certified by Yacht Carbon Offset.

Range & Performance

Built with a wood hull and wood superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (M94 16V2000) 2,600hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 30 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 40 knots. Her low draft of 1.55m/5'1" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,893 Gallons of fresh water.
