​Walk from Haeundae Beach towards The Westin Chosun (hotel) at the right end of the beach (facing the sea). Walk past the side of The Westin Chosun, cross the road, turn right and walk 50m to reach The Bay 101 on your left; OR

Busan KTX Station (main entrance) / Busan Subway Station (line 1, exit 6). Cross to the middle of the road for the bus stop and take Bus# 1003 to Dongbaek Island 동백섬입구 stop (1 stop before Haeundae Beach stop), 40 mins. Walk back 100m in the direction where your bus came from, cross the first road (Dongbaek-ro), turn left and walk forward 100m to reach The Bay 101 on your right.; OR

Dongbaek Station (line 2, exit 1). Upon exit, walk straight forward along Dongdaek-ro to reach The Bay 101 on your right. 11 mins walk.

One of the most worthy things to do when visiting The Bay 101 is to go on the Yacht Cruise Tour around Gwangandaegyo Bridge , Gwangalli Beach and Haundae Marine City . You can make a reservation online or purchase your ticket onsite from its ticket booth.

Getting to The Bay 101

If you are around the area with family or friends, you can easily find this yacht club using the information below. Address: 52, Dongbaek-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan (U-dong) By Bus Take bus number 1003 from in front of Busan Station right on that side. The bus stop is about 50 meters away from Busan Station Exit 10. You should get off one stop before Haeundae Station and start walking towards the Haeundae Beach. Ask a shop staff for much quicker directions. By Busan Subway Take the subway Line 2 and get off at Dongbaek Station. Come out from Exit 2 and then walk straight along Dongbaek-ro (Road) to find The Bay in around ten minutes. Taking the subway is way easier than a bus. By Taxi You can take a taxi from Busan Station, which could take up to around 30 minutes. Taking a cab in Korea is not only very convenient (they accept credit cards or prepaid T-money, etc.) but also inexpensive compared to other cities in the world. Also, when you are already in the busy Haeundae shopping center area, you can walk towards Haeundae Beach and continue walking by the beach until you reach The Westin Chosun (hotel). This hotel is at the other end of Haeundae Beach. Passing the side of The Westin Chosun, you have to cross the road, then turn right and go straight for around 50 meters to find The Bay 101. The Bay 101 Yacht Tour 더베이 101 | Scenic Busan Boat Tour

Busan’s beach night views may be amazing, but seeing Busan FROM the sea ON a boat is something else. Today, we will be bringing you on a yacht tour along Busan shores and we will be slipping off from The Bay 101.

Head to the main building (It’s very difficult to miss it, really) and get your yacht tickets from the ticketing booth. I bought my tickets at 30,000 won (Weekend night, March 2022). Ticket prices may differ so please check here for the latest prices.

HOT TIP: The yachts slip off every hour between 10 am to 10 pm so time your arrival at The Bay 101 properly to avoid waiting too long for the next yacht.

Once you have your tickets, proceed to the pier and wait to board the yacht.

The fun begins when you board the yacht. Now, I won’t be doing the whole yacht experience justice using pictures alone so enjoy the video that I have put together.

The whole ride took about an hour. The views were spectacular and I really recommend taking the yacht at night. They serve refreshments on the yacht too. If you want to try being on the helm, you can ask the captain for permission.

After 60 minutes of great views and a potential bout of seasickness, why not head back to The Bay 101 for some Fish and Chips served alongside a cup of ice-cold beer from Fingers and Chat?

HOT TIP: There were a lot of people dining at The Bay 101 before our yacht ride. Because we took the last yacht tour and returned to shore late, the crowd dispersed and dining was much more comfortable.

Overall, the whole experience was magical. If you come to Busan, this tour of Busan shores is definitely something you don’t want to miss. You won’t be able to find something similar in Seoul.
