Fractional Yacht Ownership in Mallorca
Yacht Share Network Mallorca is located in what is arguably the most stylish marina in the Mediterranean, Puerto Portals. Our local team is headed by the founders of Yacht Share Network, Simon and Mandy Maunder coupled with an attentive and extremely experienced management crew under the supervision of Lewis and his team from Yacht Management Network.
Mallorca is a global yachting metropolis. With easy access through an extensive flight network coupled with some of the best anchorages and marinas in the western Mediterranean, it’s a hard to be a combination of convenience and pleasure.
Cruising between Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera and Cabrera is always a relatively short cruise, with each Island offering an abundance of anchorages in dream coves and a cross section of vibrant ports. Puerto Portals and Nuevo Ibiza are certainly among the best in the world with an atmosphere that every boater simply has to experience sometime during their yachting days.

Considering A Yacht Share? Mediterranean Countries To Tempt You
Can anything be more liberating than holidaying on your own yacht, seeking out private spots with only your favourite people for a company? Most owners only use their yachts for a few weeks each year, however, making them an expensive luxury. For all the enjoyment at a fraction of the cost, entering into a yacht share is the answer. On a private yacht share, exquisite Mediterranean coastlines and islands are waiting to be explored. Discover them below.
For the ultimate in yacht share: Mediterranean countries to discover
Think French Riviera elegance, the bays and beaches of the Balearic Islands, Italy’s extravagant history and culture, and Croatia’s stunning, island-filled coastline. All these are within reach when you choose a yacht share in the Mediterranean.
French Riviera chic
The French Riviera, with its timeless elegance and wonderful cuisine has long been a favourite among A-Listers and the super-rich, and it’s easy to see why. From the vibrant, cultural cities of Nice and Marseille, to the beaches and clubs of St Tropez and the well-served yachting hub of Antibes, the French Riviera has it all.
Within easy reach during a French Riviera yacht share, Mediterranean island Corsica has a stunning, rugged coastline, clear shallow waters and glorious beaches, many of which are only accessible by boat.
Italy’s incredible islands and coast
Italy’s largest islands have plenty to offer. Sardinia’s glamorous Costa Smeralda in Porto Cervo provides a sophisticated summer haven for yacht owners Sicily is worth several visits, thanks to its UNESCO-protected historical treasures and waters teeming with marine life, while for inland adventures, a trip to Mount Etna is unforgettable.
The Italian coastline is a delight, from the Cinque Terre villages in Liguria down to the gloriously romantic Amalfi coast, and the islands of Capri and Ischia. With its beautiful historic architecture and amazing cuisine, Italy will keep you returning, year after year.
Also perfect for exploring on a yacht share, Mediterranean islands in Croatia number over a thousand, and the country has so many UNESCO heritage sites you’ll need several trips to see them all. If it’s nightlife you want, the island of Hvar oozes glamour and fun.
Island hopping in the Balearics
Having obtained your dream boat share, Spain should be another must-visit destination on your list. The Balearic Islands have it all – from the art and culture of Mallorca’s capital, Palma, to the natural beauty of Menorca and its palm-fringed coast.
Ibiza might have a reputation for partying, but it’s also blessed with immaculate beaches and coves. Formentera is the least visited of the islands, making it ideal for exploring during a boat share – Spain has so much to see and each time it will surprise and delight you.
Yacht co-ownership gives you all the freedom of a private yacht, with only a share of the purchase and maintenance costs. There’s no better way to experience the delightful Mediterranean coastlines and islands.

YACHT SHARE: Mallorca company to offer cost-effective yacht sharing initiative
PRINCESS has unveiled its new shared-owner programme, ‘YachtQuarters’, giving access to eight weeks on board the yacht based in Port Adriano.
Princess Motor Yacht Sales announced the new initiative at the London Boat Show.
“The difference between most fractional ownership programmes and ours, is that we manage and operate the boat 100 percent,” said Henning Price, who is leading the project.
The first yacht in the programme will be a Princess 75 motoryacht based in one of Mallorca’s newest and most luxurious ports, Port Adriano.
“The potential customers are newcomers to yachting, who feel a bit uncomfortable taking the responsibility of buying a yacht; they could start as shared owners, and then potentially move on to full ownership,” explains Price.
“It could also be people who have been yachting for many years and who would like to have limited access to a yacht, but they don’t want to have all the hassle and expenses.
“They have tried that and they are now just happy with eight weeks on a yacht,” Prince continues.
The sharing programme is also cost-effective, as the usual price for renting the Princess 75 is €52,000 per week, where with this programme it is only €32,000.
