Since 2004 resident on the Seine, aboard Dolce Riv a a Modern and Design House boat totally built and furnished by laurence in the smallest details   "Dolce Riva" is newly located in Normandy facing Giverny on the Seine river. Giverny is the famous village known worldwide for the  Impressionism, it became successful with Monet property with its incredible garden furnished with water lilies.

Other tailor-made services are offered to companies and individuals who want to live personalized trips and experiences in Paris or in Giverny. The 95m/311'8" motor yacht 'O'Pari' by the Greek shipyard Golden Yachts offers flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests in 14 cabins and features interior styling by Studio Vafiadis.

Built in 2020, O'Pari is custom-built for world-class luxury yacht chartering, offering a wealth of spacious living areas and fabulous amenities, you'll be in for a treat from the moment you step on board. She is equipped with a helipad, underwater lights, beach club and gym.

Guest Accommodation

O'Pari offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 14 suites comprising a master suite, two VIP cabins, six double cabins, four twin cabins and one single cabin. Excellent service is guaranteed, with twenty-nine crew members on board to look after your every need.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

You and your guests can enjoy a variety of experiences on O'Pari, notably a beach club for you to relax on the edge of the water. You can visit the well-equipped gym so that you can keep up with your fitness routine at sea plus sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably a helipad, allowing seamless travel to and from land. Stay connected to the outside world on long voyages with satellite communications plus soak up the atmosphere after dark with dramatic underwater lights. With Wi-Fi connectivity you don't have to lose contact with the outside world, unless you want to or elsewhere, you can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 8,600 nautical miles from her 326,920 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy endless days of fun on the water with the exceptional collection of water toys and accessories aboard O'Pari. Principle among these is a Bouncer 16′ waterslide for guests of all ages to enjoy. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. In addition there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. If that isn't enough O'Pari also features waterskis, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks and inflatable water toys. When it comes to Tenders, O'Pari has you covered - with five tenders, including a 9.75m/32' Onda Limo Tender.

Paris is a custom motor yacht launched in 1991 by Amels in Makkum, Netherlands and most recently refitted in 1994.

AMELS are masters in the art of modern Dutch high-value yacht building. The yard is the largest superyacht facility in the Netherlands and one of the top superyacht builders in the world. In 2005 AMELS launched the successful LIMITED EDITIONS and delivered the first yacht of the series in 2007. Leandro passed away from a “toxic” combination of illicit drugs , the New York City Medical Examiner told Page Six last August.

Paris is always a good idea

The Olympics may be over, but we still can’t get enough of the French. A recent report from GlobalData announced that France is on track to become the most visited country by 2025, when 93.7 million international travelers are expected to visit there.

Delta Air Lines offers several options while traveling from Tampa to Paris. I usually stop in Atlanta to connect with Air France for a seamless experience. I recently discovered a “secret” and luxurious way to get to Europe. Friends rave about the 10-year-old French boutique airline called La Compagnie. The flights only depart from Newark Liberty International Airport, but it’s totally worth the trip to New Jersey. Once on board, the plane offers 76 seats that all turn into flatbeds. It’s a business-class airline experience to Paris, Milan or Nice. And the food is marvelous.

For the ultimate Parisian culinary experience, secure a table at Le Jules Verne. Located at the top of the Eiffel Tower, the views are spectacular from this world-famous restaurant. Watch the calendar and make sure to book 90 days in advance and be prepared to pay ahead as well (a $500 deposit is the norm for a table for two). When you factor in the advantage of skipping the long entry line and the overall once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of dining in the Eiffel Tower, the experience is well worth the cost. Perched at a height of 410 feet, you will even have your own private elevator to the restaurant. The dress code, an elegant outfit and no shorts or sportswear, is strictly enforced. Suit jackets are mandatory for men.

Closer to home, Travel + Leisure magazine recently named St. Petersburg the Best Food City in the U.S. We found a tiny slice of Paris in St. Petersburg. When you check in to the newly renovated Vinoy Resort, you’ll be invited on Friday and Saturday from 3-5 p.m. to meet the new executive pastry chef Armand Berger and sample complimentary Champagne and nibbles from Lottie, the new patisserie located in the hotel’s lobby.

Great to find out a kids dinner menu is available. Grown-ups will love checking out the resort’s Tavern & Whiskey Bar with over 100 different types of whiskey.

Sports are key here on the Key. Briana François is the director of racquet sports, tennis and pickleball and reports that there are eight new pickleball courts at the resort. Mike Lynch, British Tech Entrepreneur, Among the Missing After Yacht Sinks Off Sicily Coast

M ike Lynch, one of the U.K.’s most celebrated tech entrepreneurs, lived for years under the cloud of a criminal investigation by U.S. prosecutors alleging that the value of the company he sold to Hewlett Packard for $11 billion was fraudulently inflated. In June, following a trial in San Francisco, he was acquitted.

On Monday, Lynch, 59 years old, was among those declared missing after his luxury yacht sank off the coast of Sicily. It was hit by a sudden thunderstorm just before sunrise, according to Italian officials.

A total of 22 people were aboard the vessel. Six passengers, including Lynch, one of his daughters, two other British nationals and two Americans, were missing, along with one crew member, according to the Italian Coast Guard and a person familiar with the matter.

The south Italy cruise was planned as a celebration of the recent courtroom victory, according to the father of one of the survivors and other people familiar with the matter.

There were 15 people, including a year-old baby girl, rescued. Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares, was among the people who were rescued, according to a person familiar with the situation.

A coast guard official said the yacht was anchored near the port of Porticello overnight Sunday when a storm hit the coast, creating a tornado-like column of air and water.

The crew apparently had little warning. There was no distress signal from the yacht, the coast guard said.

Karsten Borner, the captain of the boat that rescued survivors, told RAI TV that the “yacht tipped to its side and sank within a few minutes. It all happened in really little time.”

Italian officials said rescue efforts were still under way Monday, and that the yacht sank about 164 feet deep.

Shortly before midnight local time, Italian rescue authorities said in a statement posted to X that cave divers’ first inspection of the wreckage didn’t yield any results because of debris blocking their access beyond the bridge.

Survivors include Ayla Ronald, a lawyer who worked on Lynch’s U.S. fraud case, her father, Lin Ronald, said. They were on the boat to celebrate the legal victory, said Lin Ronald, who is based in New Zealand and works in the yachting industry.

The British-registered yacht, named the Bayesian, was off the northern coast of the Italian island near the capital Palermo, according to ship-tracking website MarineTraffic.

A person with knowledge of the matter said the yacht was likely owned by Lynch. It was managed by London-based brokers Camper & Nicholsons.

Built in Italy in 2008 by the Perini Navi shipyard, the 184-ft yacht was able to accommodate up to 12 guests and 10 crew, according to YachtCharterFleet.

Yacht brokers valued the vessel at around $35 million.

Lynch founded software company Autonomy in the 1990s. The Cambridge University Ph.D. and his employees deployed so-called Bayesian mathematics, which traces its roots to Thomas Bayes, an 18th-century statistician and Presbyterian minister.

Autonomy was bought by American tech company Hewlett-Packard for $11 billion in 2011.

Lynch was lauded as one of the few U.K. executives who had built a world-leading software company from scratch. The company, at the time Europe’s second most valuable, helped customers sift for insights in vast amounts of data. It counted intelligence agencies, banks and law firms as clients.

The deal has since been described as one of the worst in Silicon Valley history. The Hewlett-Packard CEO who approved the deal resigned within a year. Lynch also left the company in 2012.

Hewlett-Packard took an $8.8 billion write-down later that year and said it was duped into overpaying.

The subsequent split of the tech giant into two companies in 2015 was overseen by then-CEO Meg Whitman, who took over after the Autonomy deal was agreed.

The decision to break the company up came as it struggled with declining revenue, corporate scandals and management turmoil. The personal computer and printer business now operates under HP Inc., which makes computer servers, networking equipment and data storage systems. The Autonomy business went with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, which sells business software, servers and networking gear.

Lynch was charged in 2018 by the U.S. government, which alleged that he and his lieutenants had used false and misleading documents to make the business-software maker more attractive to a potential purchaser. He unsuccessfully fought extradition to the U.S.

Lynch was acquitted of criminal charges in June, ending the nearly 13-year saga. Lynch declared afterward that he was “elated” and looking forward to returning to what he loved, “my family and innovating in my field.”

Another Autonomy executive, former finance chief Stephen Chamberlain, was also acquitted of fraud charges.

Lynch in recent years has been running Invoke Capital, a venture-capital firm focused on European technology. One of its investments was in a firm called Darktrace, which uses artificial intelligence to detect cyberattacks. The company went public in 2021 and is now valued at more than $4 billion.

ROME (AP) — The captain of a superyacht that sank during a storm off Sicily last week, killing seven people, decided not to respond to prosecutors’ questions on Tuesday, his lawyer said.

James Cutfield, a 51-year-old New Zealand national, is under investigation for possible manslaughter and culpable shipwreck charges and was questioned for the third time by the Termini Imerese prosecutors on Tuesday.

“He just exercised his right to remain silent, probably prosecutors were expecting that,” lawyer Aldo Mordiglia told The Associated Press, adding that the captain’s legal team has just been named and needs time to work on his defensive strategy.

Cutfield was among 15 survivors of the Aug. 19 sinking that killed British tech magnate Mike Lynch, his daughter Hannah and five others.

Chief prosecutor Ambrogio Cartosio, who’s heading the investigation, has said his team would consider each possible element of responsibility including those of the captain, the crew, individuals in charge of supervision and the yacht’s manufacturer.

The Bayesian, a 56-meter (184-foot) British-flagged luxury yacht, went down near the Mediterranean island in southern Italy. Investigators are focusing on how a sailing vessel deemed “unsinkable” by its manufacturer, Italian shipyard Perini Navi, sank while a nearby sailboat remained largely unscathed.

Prosecutors said the event was “extremely rapid” and could have been a “downburst” — a localized, powerful wind that descends from a thunderstorm and spreads out rapidly upon hitting the ground.

The crew was saved, except for the chef, while six passengers were trapped in the hull.
